Jackie pushes his way into the TARDIS, and gestures proudly. "This is the TARDIS. Much better than the couch, eh?"

"I would have thought cats would have been welcomed, to keep down the rat and mice populations." He checks a couple of more dials and switches. "Almost there."

"Perhaps on the farms nearby, but people are wary of them." Because it was the Middle Ages and people did dumb things.

"Right." And then the TARDIS gives a final thump and is still. "Oh. Hay. We're here!"

Galahad rocks with the thump and straightens, letting go of the railings. "It barely feels as though we have moved." Well, other than the turbulence, of course.

"Yeah, well, look outside and tell me if you think otherwise." He pulls on a scarf and jacket.

There's a certain eagerness that sends Galahad down the ramp to the door. He honestly expects to see the Nexus outside those doors.

So he's incredibly surprised to open them and see...a horse. And clothing that is very different from what he knows, but he can see the progression from what he knows. And the smell is familiar, too, and makes him wrinkle his nose. Still. "Oh." Surprised.

The TARDIS looks like a broken down, boarded up shed. Jackie closes the door and locks it.

"So, what do you think?"

The change in the TARDIS makes Galahad stare for a few moments before pulling his tunic straight. "It...it looks like it has always been here." He cleared his throat, then said, "This is much more familiar to me."

"That's the point." He looks around the streets. "Yeah, it would be." Jackie looks considerably more out of place than Galahad, but no one seems to notice. He pulls his jacket on more comfortably and points. "Over there's the Globe theater. That's where we're going."

The young knight is definitely more comfortable here. He looks to the theater and his eyes widen. "Such a building for entertainment? I have seen the amphitheaters that the Romans built in Britain, but they do not look liek this."
