I just don't want to talk about it.
Jackie is the son of the Doctor and the Master. Or at least the Master was a donor to Jackie's making. The Doctor took some of the Master's DNA and mixed it with some of his DNA put it in a bottle and grew himself a baby boy. There is no Mpreg involved in this! None!
